The Taste's Turn (Strofi tis geysis): Whatever a family eats!

The Taste΄s Turn (Strofi tis geysis) is located in Rethymno in the mountainous village of Vyzari Amari.

Everything you taste—cheese, yogurt, meat, wine, bread, and vegetables—bears the family’s signature. If you wish, you can watch the cheese-making process or see how bread is kneaded.

Choose lamb legs with avgolemono, fried lamb, snails boumbouristi, and, of course, family-made cheese and honey pies, and seasonal greens!
