Doxa Cave

While heading towards Damasta, located approximately 7.5 kilometres after the junction for Tylisos, at an altitude of 463 metres in Kaka Pila, you will come across the Doxa Taverna. Just below the taverna is the entrance to a small cave, spanning a total length of 50 metres. The owners of the taverna have thoughtfully constructed a path with stairs leading to the cave's entrance, ensuring easy access for visitors.

The Doxa Cave continues to impress visitors with its stunning features. Upon entering, you will encounter a descending corridor that leads to four spacious halls adorned with beautiful stalactites, stalagmites, and delicate helictites. These halls are interconnected with galleries, forming a captivating underground network. At the centre of the cave, which still displays active formations, there is a platform featuring basins that add to the cave's unique charm.
