Baxes: A cooking lesson with fruits and vegetables from the garden in Krousonas
ABOUT
In Krousonas, one of Crete’s most picturesque villages, you’ll find the “Baxes” tavern, where you can join cooking lessons dedicated to Cretan cuisine.
Before diving into the cooking process, you’ll harvest organic vegetables and fruits straight from the tavern’s garden and enjoy a relaxing walk through the scenic Cretan landscape. During the summer, the lessons take place outdoors, under the cool shade of the vine arbor. (Depending on the season, you might also get to observe the cheese-making process.)
This culinary journey promises an unforgettable experience!
