Visit to Endochora Winery

Endochora Winery is a small, family-owned winery with its own vineyards in Apokoronas, Chania. During the winter months, by arrangement with the proprietors, you have the chance to visit the winery, which is housed in an old home in a Chania neighborhood. The vineyards themselves are not open to visitors.

The winery emphasizes local grape varieties such as Kotsifali, Romeiko, and Vidiano, while also cultivating the international Syrah variety. The white wine from Vidiano showcases the character of this Cretan variety, offering complex aromas and a rich texture. The red wine from Kotsifali boasts a full body, aromas of red fruits, and herbal notes. Finally, the Romeiko variety is crafted into a light and refreshing rosé wine.
