Next, at Nikos Pontikakis’ farm, you’ll witness traditional hand-milking, watch fresh cheese being made, and learn about animal care. The tour continues at the Nikolioudakis family winery, where a guided tour and video presentation explain the winemaking process. Depending on the season, you may also see the grape harvest and processing up close. The visit concludes with a tasting of wines and spirits.

Finally, at Nikos Xirakis’ taverna, you will enjoy traditional delicacies, desserts, and local spirits, experiencing the true essence of Cretan hospitality.
