Exploring Creta: Chania Cultural Tour

The adventure begins as you board the Exploring Creta vehicle and meet your driver and professional guide! Pick-up is available from your accommodation or cruise port between 7:00 and 9:00 AM.

Our first stop is the Koules Fortress on Aptera Hill, just outside the archaeological site. Next, you’ll head to the Old Town of Chania and its historic Venetian port.

Then comes a visit to the Venizelos Graves, located on top of Prophet Helias Hill, offering a unique panoramic view of Chania.

The next stop is the impressive Agia Triada Monastery, also known as the Tzagarolo Monastery. There, you’ll tour the old Orthodox church, and right after that, beneath the church, you’ll visit the monastery’s wine cellars, where you’ll enjoy a wine or olive oil tasting – depending on your preferences.
