Soulcooking Workshops: How to create a Cretan brunch!

Choose the workshop dedicated to crafting a traditional Cretan brunch, and learn how to prepare a morning meal just as the locals enjoy it. At the end of the class, you'll savor the dishes together!

The brunch includes classic bougatsa, yogurt with honey and nuts, and traditional Greek coffee. You'll also make koulourakia (cookies), spoon sweets, and lemonade infused with ginger. Bougatsa is a dessert enjoyed across Greece, but the Chania-style bougatsa stands out for its filling of local myzithra cheese, giving it a unique sweet-and-tangy flavor. As for Greek coffee, its preparation is almost ceremonial—a flavor experience you simply must not miss!

The organizers provide aprons, gloves, and all necessary materials for the class, and they’ll even take commemorative photos for you. Each workshop lasts about two hours, with a minimum participation of three people.
