Thigaterra "marries" modern Greek cuisine with the global Slow Food movement, offering a unique experience of awakening culinary habits. You will taste dishes with unprocessed ingredients cooked in the authentic way, with a modern "look", according to the principles of the eco-gastronomy movement: good, clean and "fair" food.
In this journey of the senses you will discover raw materials from organic farming and unique recipes. You will taste flavour combinations from different parts of Greece and be impressed by the pure products of award-winning small producers. Traditional cheeses and charcuterie, wines and spirits that you never imagined their richness of taste.
The Thigaterra restaurant has a special space "dressed" in stone and wood and emphasizes warm hospitality.
Be sure to try the black pig pancetta with leek - celery puree, baby potatoes and roasted cherry tomatoes, a unique dish!
The Grocery and the Cellar allow you to get a small souvenir.
