Olive Farm: Cooking Workshop on a Farm
ABOUT
The cookery class will be held either in the estate's indoor kitchen or outdoors at the barbecue area, depending on the weather conditions.
The menu is based on seasonal produce, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables grown on the farm. Each participant will have their own designated space to prepare a 3-5 course menu.
The chef/instructor will teach you the techniques and secrets of traditional Cretan cuisine. At the end of the lesson, the group will gather around the table to enjoy the food they've prepared, accompanied by local wines and great company.
