Olive Farm: Become a Cheesemaker for a Day in Litsarda, Chania

If you decide to attend and participate in this seminar, you'll learn how to make cheese and get to try different types of local cheese from Crete.

You will be making handmade cheese from pasteurised goat milk, a type of cheese that can be found in almost every Cretan household.

You will be able to gather the herbs you'll use from the farm's gardens. The recipe you'll follow will be easy and straightforward, allowing you to recreate it at home and impress all your guests.

Your handmade cheese will also serve as a souvenir for you to take home from the farm.
