Visitors will have the chance to sample wines produced by this contemporary winery, which boasts an annual production capacity of up to 90,000 bottles.
The primary grape varieties that undergo vinification at the winery include red Cretan varieties like Kotsifali, Liatiko, and Mandilaria, along with white varieties such as Vidiano, Vilana, and Thrapsathiri.
The company's fundamental philosophy is to accentuate local grape varieties and blend them harmoniously with European counterparts like Syrah, Grenache Rouge, and others.
