Check out the recipe for these delicious biscuits!
Ingredients:
- 1 teacup of molasses
- 1 teacup of olive oil
- 1 teacup of orange juice
- 1/2 teacup of sugar
- 2 vials of vanilla powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of clove powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 5 teacups of soft flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Procedure:
Begin by sifting the flour. Combine all the liquids in a bowl, ensuring thorough mixing. Dissolve the baking soda in the orange juice, being cautious as it will foam. Carefully pour it over the bowl to prevent spillage into the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients gradually, ending with the flour, and knead until the dough is soft. Let the dough rest for half an hour before shaping it into biscuits.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius in an air setting.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange the biscuits, leaving space between them as they will expand during baking.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, adjusting the time according to the size of the biscuits.
