Registrations have begun for the "Gyros Perivolion 2025," a sporting event open to athletes, runners, and nature enthusiasts, aiming to promote the spirit of sportsmanship while showcasing the natural beauty of our region.

The event will take place on March 10, 2025, and is being co-organized for the fourth consecutive year by the Athletic Club "Ethniki Fysiki Agogi Perivolion O Theseus", the Municipality of Chania, the Region of Crete – Regional Unit of Chania, along with the Local Community of Perivolia, the Parents and Guardians Association of the Perivolia Primary and Kindergarten School, the Cultural and Philanthropic Association "Garipas", the Cultural Association "Polyplano", and the Kissamos Health Runners Group, with the support of the Chania Health Runners Association.

As part of the 4th "Gyros Perivolion 2025", participants can take part in running and power walking races of 10 km, 5 km, and 1 km, offering everyone the opportunity to explore the neighborhoods and natural beauty of the area.
