Local shepherds introduce the public to the art of crafting fresh sheep's milk and share their knowledge on creating traditional cheese, which the people of Crete enjoy while still warm and fresh!

Additionally, visitors can indulge in warm milk accompanied by fresh bread or rusks, while also having the opportunity to learn the process of cheese production.
