ABOUT

The traditional eco-tourism village of Thalori offers the Filagris Trail, a 12-kilometre route that takes about 2.5 hours to complete.

The journey begins at the stables and passes through the village of Ano Kapetaniana. From there, the route heads east for 6 km to Lousoudi, the site of the ruined Monastery of the Three Hierarchs (14th century). For 60 years, this monastery served as a philosophical school of higher education under the guidance of Joseph Filagris, one of the most important commentators on Aristotle (the ancient Greek philosopher).

This is a peaceful trail offering stunning views!
