Chosto Nero Cave

This cave comprises three rooms and corridors adorned with anthropomorphic stalactites and stalagmites, which captivated the Minoans and led them to utilise it as a sacred cave for worship. This assertion is supported by the significant number of ancient pottery shards and statuettes that have been unearthed in recent years.
