This distinctive location offers a unique experience due to its varying wind patterns, often encountering strong winds originating from different directions every few kilometres.

If you reside in eastern Crete and possess rowing skills of level 3 or higher, as per the British Canoeing standards, this excursion is an absolute must. However, it is important to note that this trip is not suitable for beginners.
