Music, dancing, and endless fun await visitors and locals alike at this year’s Kastrino Carnival. Organized by the Municipality of Heraklion in collaboration with the Deputy Mayors of Culture and Volunteering, the carnival parade promises to be a spectacular event.

Due to weather conditions, the gathering of the groups and the start of the parade will take place at Saint Titus Square. From there, the parade will move along 25th August Street towards Lions Square, continue up Dikeosynis Avenue, and conclude at Heraklion Archaeological Museum Square.

Leading the parade will be the legendary Griffin, the emblem of the Municipality of Heraklion, followed by the participating groups:
