Nektarios Tsitsiridis awaits you at Oropedio Askifou, in Ammoudari, serving breakfast like Sfakian pie and graviera cheese. A meze is sufficient until 1 PM. Afterward, you'll find whatever he decides to cook each day; there's no menu, but you're sure to encounter delicious dishes such as crispy fried goat with staka, pilaf, kokkinisto (braised meat), beans, green beans, and snails available upon request!

Located very close to the Imbros Gorge, it's a favorite stop for many hikers.

Open year-round, caution is advised during snowfall when the road to the village might not be cleared.
