ABOUT

This trail along the E4 European Path commences in Argiroupoli and concludes at the village of Armeni.

From this point, you'll find the nearby Moundros Gorge and Velonado Gorge, often referred to as the adjacent gorges. These gorges are suitable for families with children over 6 years old and offer relatively easy hiking experiences amid breath-taking natural beauty. For those with access to transportation, a convenient option is to leave your vehicle in Kato Poros (or Argiroupoli) and hike through the Moundrian Gorge before returning to the starting point via the Vilandredo Gorge, creating a delightful circular route.

Travelling along an asphalt road, you'll journey past ancient Lappa, as well as the villages of Kato Poros, Zouridi, Roustika, and Kalonichtis, before the road gradually ascends to the village of Kastellos and eventually reaches the village of Armeni. Along this route, you'll also find accommodation available for your stay.
