- Self-care patients who visit the General Hospital and need continuous daily hospitalisation during treatments like radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
- Relatives or companions of critically ill patients admitted to PAGNI clinics who have no other means of accommodation.
- Escorts or patients arriving by air ambulance from nearby islands.
- Escorts or patients from any other Health District.
