Mires Health Centre

Mires Health Centre is situated in the village of Mires, within the municipality of Phaestos, in the prefecture of Heraklion, and falls under the supervision of the 7th Health Region of Crete.

It commenced operations on the 1^st of October 1986 and comprises the following regional clinics:

 Polidinamo RC Tympaki

· Grigoria

· Siva RC

· Pompias RC

· Zaros RC

· Agioi Deka RC

· Vasilika Anogia RC

· Miamou RC

According to the 2011 population census, it serves a population of 29,336 people.
