Chania Health Centre

The Chania Health Centre provides primary health care services to its population, which was recorded as 70,159 people according to the population census of 2001.

For the following specialties, appointments can be scheduled daily from 8:00 to 14:00 by calling 28210-24601 & 24603 (local charge) or the five-digit numbers 14784, 14884, 14900 (telephone company charges apply). For Pap tests, appointments are available daily at 28210-24630. Additionally, appointments for psychoprophylactic classes can be made at 28210-24630.

The Chania Health Centre extends its services to uninsured citizens, and the benefits are entirely free as long as there is an AMKA (Social Security Number).
