At Avli Malia, the art of kneading and baking comes to life every day in their wood-fired oven, producing delectable, freshly baked sourdough bread and a variety of traditional dishes. Among their culinary offerings are mouth-watering delights like beef wrapped in eggplant with local Gruyère cheese, tender pork shank served with skioufikta spaghetti, and not to forget, the famous handmade galaktoboureko.
