«Xylouris»: A flavourful journey into Cretan tradition with authentic "Antikristo"

All dishes are handmade and the restaurant's speciality is "antikristo". Antikristo is prepared using the ancient Cretan method of roasting meat in front of the fire. Local lambs are placed on spits where they are roasted for at least three hours, a process that requires dedication and patience!
