The menu, lovingly curated, brings together traditional recipes of the region. In the kitchen, they use vegetables from their garden, dairy from local producers, their own meats, and bread and rusks handmade and baked in their wood-fired oven.

We highly recommend the kleftiko lamb and the handmade kalitsounia stuffed with wild greens! Their olive oil, thyme honey, tsikoudia, and wine are also their own creations, while the Sfakianes pites and spoon sweets are handmade.
