Lasinthos Eco Park - Agios Georgios

Near the traditional village of Georgios on the Lassithi Plateau, is the unique ecological park of Lasithos, which offers many interactive activities and attractions in an effort to revive techniques of Cretan traditional art.

The park has 15 apartments furnished in a traditional way to resemble the houses of a typical village.

In the central square of Lasinthos Eco Park there is a snack-bar café and restaurant "Taverna", capable of hosting large dinners and events. On the large terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view of the plateau and taste delicious food that respects the Cretan tradition with fresh, quality products.

Learn the art of pottery and woodcarving, visit the distillery and go hiking and cycling on special routes in the surrounding area. Half of Lassinthos is dedicated to the animal farm with many endemic animals, housed in fields of fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants.
