Technical University of Crete
The Technical University of Crete operates five academic schools of engineering, each with a single department featuring innovative specialties. Additionally, all faculties offer postgraduate studies.
In the order of their commencement of operations, they are as follows:
- School of Production Engineering and Management (MPD)
- School of Mineral Resources Engineering (ECHOP)
- School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (HMMY)
- School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering (XHMIPER)
- School of Architecture (ARMEX)
In June 2021, the School of Environmental Engineering was rebranded as the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering.
The School of Electronic and Computer Engineering underwent a name change in July 2016 and is now known as the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
