School of Social Sciences, University of Crete

The School of Social Sciences at the University of Crete was established in 1984 and commenced operations in the academic year 1987-88.

It is the only school in Greece that encompasses four fundamental scientific fields of Social Sciences: Sociology, Economics, Political Science, and Psychology.

Currently, the School operates 15 research laboratories, and its faculty have established significant collaborations with numerous universities abroad.
