Evotry: How grapes transform into must

Evotry products are crafted in the village of Kavousi, Lasithi, an area surrounded by sites of great archaeological interest, such as Vrontas, Plai Kastro (prehistoric settlements), and Azoria, a hill where a city from the Archaic period was discovered.

The owners are delighted to guide you through their workshop, where you can observe the grape processing and production up close.

These products are available in organic and traditional shops throughout Crete and, on a smaller scale, across the rest of Greece.
