Burger Lab brought to Heraklion the original American burger. Tasty and handmade with 100% fresh ground beef and unique freshly baked buns with a secret recipe!

This is one of the best burger places not only in Crete but also in Greece as it offers the genuine American burger as you would enjoy it in a first class burger house in New York.

You can choose the type of ground beef you want: the French limousine or the American black angus, a premium choice.

The burger receives absolutely no processing, is only kneaded with salt and pepper and masterfully cooked before being "encased" in the fluffy , freshly baked buns that are fermented daily to Burger Lab's recipe.

The sauces used are the best while the other burger ingredients , are also prepared in the restaurant. The caramelized onions add character and flavor to the burger while the pickles elevate the flavor!

You can't have a burger without fries! Here you will find many options to accompany it: the classic ones, crispy wedges, healthy sweet potatoes and baby potatoes.

Be sure to try the pulled pork and pulled beef burgers. After 7 hours of slow cooking they melt in your mouth!


Chicken is treated with the American philosophy, specifically the Chicken burger is a magic! The chicken schnitzel goes through two mixes with sour milk before being fried so that it reaches you juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Of course, there's no missing the vegan burger...identical to the original to satisfy your taste buds and with vegan mayo!

Burger Lab follows trends and is constantly adding new options to the menu. So, they've brought out the awesome smash burger with thin patties that's making a splash.

"King" of the menu and the choice of the adventurous is the Triple temptation burger, with ...3 burgers made of 100% ground beef, 3 slices of cheddar, fried egg & truffle mayonnaise.

If you're in the mood for something different try the spare ribs, slow cooked pork chops with BBQ sauce and country fries wedges, the juicy beef T-bone or the Rib eye with coarse salt.

The idea for the creation of Burger Lab came from the love of the owner Mr. George Tsagarakis for street food. He seeks to follow the trends by enriching the menu in order to satisfy the customer with the best burger! The restaurant has a retro style with American influences, with wood and metal elements and has an open kitchen to watch the burger preparation process.
